Changing Role

If your account is associated with multiple user roles or institutions, you can switch between them at any time.

You can score item responses for only one school’s test opportunities at a time. If you are associated with multiple schools, you may change the selected school in order to score opportunities from other schools.

To change the role or institution for which you are viewing reports:

1.From the Features & Tools menu, select Change Role. The Change Role window appears.

2.From the Role drop-down list, select the desired role and institution (entity name) combination.

3.Click Continue. The window closes and the Dashboard Generator for the selected role and institution appears.

To change the school for which you are hand-scoring opportunities:

1.Click Change School in the top-right corner of the scoring Dashboard. The Select School page appears.

2.From the drop-down, select the school you want to view.

3.Click Continue. The scoring Dashboard for the selected school appears.
